Karta Motorwerks

I took a 2020 CR-V for a pre-owned inspection to Karta Motorwerks. My experience: friendly, effecient, cost effective, and in the end the team worked hard to find 1 thing (the cabin filter was dirty) when every other system was found to be squeakyclean. It confirmed my buying it with complete peace of mind. Highly recommended for any auto needs.

I was reluctant at first to take my little car used to run around town in to this business. But when I did I saw first hand that they know their business in handling my car needs. The business is clean, Atrak is really professional and has good customer service. He was upfront and personal in presenting the cost and allowed me to make a decision in furthering my car’s needs. They delivered on what I brought my car in there for. I have a place now to service my car’s needs and I highly recommend this company for your car’s needs. 5 plus is the rating in my opinion.

I brought my car in for the first time this weekend, and it won’t be the last. They were very warm and welcoming to me and everyone else that arrived. I felt respected and heard. The price I was quoted is exactly what I paid. There was no upselling! I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They provide efficient service at great prices.

Came here because I saw they were part of the RepairPal network. They provided outstanding service throughout the process and helped me return my car as soon as possible! Atrak is amazing and so are the rest of the crew! Coming back for future needs and you should too!

Atrak was very personable & professional assisting with a vehicle inspection prior to purchasing a used vehicle I was interested to buy. I spoke with him via phone to arrange the date/time for the inspection to occur at a local dealership. He was through, detailed & extremely knowledgeable regarding the inspection. After the inspection he was very appreciative & considerate with sending me a copy of the report within a brief period of time. I would again request his service if needed in the future.

I had an amazing experience with Atrak and Charlie at Karta Motorwerks. They were extremely professional, responsible, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Before coming to Karta Motorwerks, I had visited several other auto shops, but none of them identified the dangerous condition of my rusting wheel rims. If it weren't for Charlie and Atrak, I would have never known about this serious safety issue. I truly appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. They are exceptionally thorough, detail-oriented, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers' safety and best interests. I highly recommend Karta Motorwerks, especially Charlie and Atrak, to anyone looking for trustworthy guidance and high-quality service for their vehicle. Thank you both for your outstanding work!

Both of my vehicles are now being serviced at Karta Motorwerks, and the level of service has been very impressive. The management team is courteous, professional, and highly attentive to their customers. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable in their trade and consistently deliver excellent workmanship and service. One aspect that is especially appreciated is that all proposed repairs and additional work are discussed and pre-authorized beforehand, demonstrating honesty and professionalism. In addition, the pricing for repairs is very competitive and reasonable for the quality of work performed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for trustworthy and dependable automotive service. Well done, Karta Motorwerks.

One of the best, actually, definitely THE best repair shop I have ever gone to. They are honest and very communicative on what they are going to repair. Price was great for everything I needed! Atrak is an awesome dude too. He will walk you through everything and explain things clearly so that you know what is going on and what you'll need to do. Had a blown head gasket on my fk7 and they fixed it up real quick while updating me on everything they were about to do. They for sure have a forever customer in me for all my future car repairs. Highly recommend!
